(Once is called a Vikrama Simhapuri) is a city located in Andhra Pradesh, India.It is also the headquarters of Nellore district and its Area 13,076 sq.km, Forest area is only 20% of the total district area.Name Nellore defined from Rice (nelli in tamil)Rice from this part is said to be the finest and of Top quality.It is of strategic commercial importance as it lies between the cities of Vijayawada and Chennai. It is located on the banks of Pennar river.Nellore is an important telugu city from the time of Tikkana, famous telugu poet to present day politics. The city setup the stage for formation of the Andhra Pradesh state. It is famous for its rice breed and its cuisine.Boundaries :District is Bounded by Bay of Bengal in the East, Tamilnadu State in the South, Cuddapah district in the West and Prakasam district in the North directions.It is located on the banks of Pennar river.

Generally it is very famous and stand 1st in the town most of the times. Seems like they are got inspired with Seema Cafe center organisers (seems cafe is not placing idols since 2 years).

I personally rate this as 2nd rank among the ganesha idols in nellore town.

Swamidoss School Road (Balaji Nagar) :-



I rate this as No.1 in the Nellore Town. Decoration, Magadheera setup they placed before the idol is very good. The formation of Snakes resembles the shape of Ganesha. This is really awesome.
























Kanaka Mahal Center (CMR Shopping Mall) : -

This idol is made up of grapes. This is really awesome.





This are the few idols pics of nellore town. I didn't got the time to cover all the idols. i feel i covered most of the good ones. When compare to last year the no. of idols places this year are very less.
